Bogside Brewing out of Montague, PEI came to us looking for a fresh take on their brand, one that could hold up on packaging, merch, and wherever else the beer might flow. Their original mascot, a hand-drawn duck, had charm but struggled in real world applications, with fine details getting lost in the mix. We kept the spirit but streamlined the execution, crafting a bold new mark, a duck with a subtle “B” built in, clean enough for a can and tough enough for a hockey jersey. To tie the whole product lineup together, we introduced a simple crown that now sits atop each of their mascots, a fun unifying detail that adds consistency across the brand while keeping things playful. The result is a flexible, iconic identity they’re proud to slap on every pour.
